President Roh Moo-hyun, in talking about N.K. policy, says he will "concede" to the North "without condition."
The conservative media as well as main opposition Grand National Party chairwoman Park Geun-hye were enjoying the crackdown on protesters at Daechu-ri, where U.S. president George W. Bush appears to be standing in the background near a razor wire fence. But now that Roh has talked about his diplomatic approach to North Korea, however, they're upset with him again, and the relationship returns to being one of confrontation. The "cooperation" was only momentary.
